This site, prolead.services, is run by ProLead Financial Solutions Pvt Ltd, trading as ProLead Business Consulting (“ProLead”, “we”, “us”), registered office at Third Floor, Splendid Plaza, 4C 515, CMR Road, HRBR Layout, Bangalore – 560043. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the site, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. Our dedicated portals (StartBusinessinIndia.com, Offshore Accounting Hub and NeX) have their own privacy policies.
What information do we collect?
- Contact form and bookings. When you send an enquiry or book a consultation, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, company, country and message.
- WhatsApp enquiries. If you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your number, your profile name and the conversation. WhatsApp is operated by a third party under its own terms and privacy policy.
- Analytics cookies. We use analytics cookies, including Google Analytics, to see how visitors use the site. This data is aggregated and does not identify you by name.
- Technical data. Our hosting may log your browser type, operating system, device type and general location based on your IP address, for security and reliability. Our site is hosted on Wix.
How do we use your information?
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, arrange a consultation, prepare a proposal if you ask for one, keep the site working and improve it, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell your personal information. We only send marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.
Who do we share it with?
We share information only with providers who help us run the site and respond to you, such as hosting, email, CRM, booking and analytics providers, and with ProLead’s professional team, including the team of the dedicated portal best placed to help. We may also share information where the law requires it. Because ProLead operates from India, Singapore and the USA, your information may be processed in those countries.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block analytics cookies, the site still works.
How long do we keep your information?
For the duration of our relationship with you, and afterwards for as long as we need it to meet legal, regulatory, accounting or dispute-resolution requirements. We then delete or anonymise it.
What laws apply?
We aim to handle personal data in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection regime and other laws that apply to us. Depending on where you are, laws such as the EU/EEA’s GDPR, Singapore’s PDPA or California’s CCPA may also give you rights over your information.
Your choices and how to contact us
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, ask for a portable copy, or withdraw consent, by emailing info@prolead.services. Complaints can be raised the same way. We will respond within a reasonable time.
