What was the situation?

A European manufacturer had been invoicing its Indian distributors directly from its parent company. It decided to set up an Indian subsidiary to act as master distributor, importing into India and selling to the same distributor network locally. Speed mattered most: the new company had to raise its first invoice as soon as possible.

What did we do?

ProLead delivered the full set-up: entity structure, name approval, director DINs and digital signatures, charter documents, incorporation, PAN and TAN, registered office, a nominee director, bank account, GST registration and an Import Export Code. FEMA filings followed within their normal statutory deadlines.

What was the result?

The subsidiary was ready to trade in under three weeks. India set-up is now run through our dedicated portal, StartBusinessinIndia.com, which publishes the full write-up.
